Recycling in the Classroom (Step 3 Part 1)

May 27 2016

Students improved recycling in the classroom.

Summary

RecycleWorks came to the class and did a recycling presentation. Students labelled the classroom trash bins and recycling bin. Students now know what gets recycled and what gets landfilled. Additionnally, the recycling bin is adjacent to the garbage bin to reduce contamination of the recycling bin. Students are also emptying the recycling bin into the recycling carts in the hallway when the classroom recycling bin is full.
