SummaryItems collected for TerraCycle are detailed below. The Planeteers Club was created to reduce landfill waste at our school by collecting items for TerraCycle. Students will collect the following items for recycling: snack bags, oral care products, tape dispensers and rolls, granola/energy bar wrappers, drink pouches, and writing implements. In science class, we will discuss the importance of reducing landfill waste and will encourage our family members to collect TerraCycle items. Students will bring these items in from home and these items will be shipped once enough is collected. At lunchtime, Planeteers will collect the snack bags, granola bar wrappers and drink pouches each day. FilesDo you want to do this project with your class? |
