In the classroom students created posters to remind one another that every day is Earth Day and created labels to remind one another to recycle.
Students collected paper towels for commercial composting in the classroom.
On campus, the classroom students (who were also part of the green team) participated in waste reduction assemblies to remind other students to recycle and compost on campus.
They also read poems and sang songs to one another in the classroom and on campus to spread the word about reducing waste and recycling on campus and at home. Photos
