Worm FarmDecember 28 2020 The worm farm diveted 1.5 lbs a week from 11/7/19 until school was closed down 3/13/20. SummaryThe OOS Schools Team came and worked with Ms. Valera’s class to set up their worm bin. The students learned the science of vermicomposting, met the red wiggler worms and learned how to care for their new worm bin and which scraps are best. After that, the students began to feed the worms with fruit and vegetable scraps each week.
