Ms Valera and team conducted a waste assessment to determine the best way to improve waste sorting systems on campus.
Summary
As part of the administrative fellowship with the San Mateo Office of Education's Environmental Literacy and Sustainability Initiative (ELSI), Ms Valera and some of her students conducted waste assessments on campus to analyze where the issues were and determine how to improve the waste disposal and sorting system on the campus at Aragon High School.
